Abstract

Domestic technology is the incorporation of applied science into the devices such as appliances and automations that are used in homes. It plays the role of a facilitator of the production and consumption processes and has radically altered the way we maintain and manage our households (Ironmonger et al., 2000). As such, modern technological devices have become commonplace in and around the home presently. These electric and electronic devices require energy and specific for laundry appliances, water is needed in addition to operate.
