Abstract
The prepared dishes industry flourished well during the epidemic. This is due to its
convenience for consumers who couldn’t easily access raw materials to make various
delicious meals or venture out during the lockdown to restaurants. Today, this
business is also sought by people who have busy lifestyles and want convenient
meals. This study examines the impact of the COVID-19 pandemic on the prepared
dishes industry, specifically its shifts in consumer behavior, technological
advancements, and industry strategies. A quantitative descriptive-correlational
approach is employed to assess how the industry has evolved and the lasting effects
post-pandemic. Key findings from regression analysis indicate significant shifts in
consumer behavior influenced by technological advancements. The findings show the
importance of technology and consumer satisfaction in shaping the future of the
prepared dishes industry. The policy implication of the study suggests that
investments in these areas can lead to sustained growth even in a post-pandemic
world. Advance knowledge of the prepared vegetable industry's path throughout the
pandemic and technological advancement offers stakeholders useful information for
navigating the shifting market landscape. More quality prepared dishes can be
offered to capture the market share.
